2. Services Provided

Cyclothe is a platform designed to facilitate textile waste collection, tracking, and reuse/recycling processes, supporting sustainable practices. Key features include:

Mobile Application for registration, tracking, and communication.
Smart Textile Bags with embedded technology for traceability.
Smart Collection Boxes for textile disposal.
Smart Bag Reception System for processing and sorting incoming bags to enable efficient reuse and recycling.
Tracking System to follow the journey of your textiles to assessment.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Avoid actions that may harm Cyclothe’s systems, reputation, or other users.

Uploaded content responsibilities:

The uploaded images must be strictly related to textile waste collection and should not include faces, identifiable persons, or private/confidential information.
Cyclothe reserves the right to remove or anonymize any images that violate these conditions or pose a legal risk.
Cyclothe is not responsible for any content the users upload and that the user bear full legal responsibility for any violations.

4. Registration and Account Security

Users may register via phone number (OTP) or connect through Apple/Google accounts. By registering, you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.

Cyclothe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Cyclothe platform are the property of Cyclothe AB or its licensors. You may not use them without explicit permission.

Cyclothe does not claim ownership of item photos uploaded by the users, but retains the right to process and store them in accordance with GDPR-compliant retention policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cyclothe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Uploaded images are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes and are processed solely within the scope of textile tracking and sorting.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion for any breach of these terms or unlawful use of the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Sweden, where the Cyclothe AB operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
